The 120 kV H-7600 makes TEM imaging as easy as SEM imaging. With an integral TV camera and autofocus system, the microscope can be used in normal lighting conditions. Bright, crisp, real time images are displayed in an image window on a flat screen monitor. An integral autofocus system operates in less than a second using advanced image recognition technology.
