Separations by SFC are extremely fast! Typical run times are less than two (2) minutes. In addition, SFC offers nearly instantaneous re-equilibration. SFC is the most superior method for chiral separations. Complex samples, such as natural products, are ideal separations for SFC because of the extremely high resolution.
