These autosamplers based on the SIL-10A autosampler and are replace this model with different types dedicated to special applications: SIL-10AF for faster injection with injection volume up to 50 µl (standard loop, 2 ml with optional sample loop ) and SIL-10AP for analytical up to preparative injection volumes (up to 5 ml) . Both instruments are based on the loop injection principle The time to sample injection is only 40 seconds (when injecting 10 µL). Even when the cleaning of the flow line after injection is included, 1 process will be finished in about 2 minutes. As a result, high throughput repeat analysis is possible, and sample preparations such as dilution and mixing can be performed rapidly. As well as being a multi-purpose autosampler, it is also capable of high speed sample injection. In particular, the time expended over time consuming sample preparation can be shortened substantially. Furthermore, sample processing capability is enhanced greatly since two 96-well MTP (Microtiter plate) / DWP (Deep-well plate) plates can be used. For control of the SIL-10AF/AP a System Controller SCL-10AVP or CBM-20A is necessary.
