Description
The Journal of Aerosol Science is a long-established international publication which sets out to encourage and foster all aspects of basic and applied aerosol research by publishing high-quality scientific papers in that very multidisciplinary field. The submisssion of original papers is welcomed, describing recent theoretical and experimental research relating to:
  • the basic physical, chemical and biological properties of systems of airborne particles of all types.
  • their measurement.
  • their formation, transport, deposition and effects.
  • their industrial, medical and environmental applications.
The Journal is therefore relevant to the interests of many scientists working in the areas of physics, chemistry, engineering, applied mathematics, aerobiology, medicine, industrial and environmental hygiene, materials processing, and many others. Occasional research and tutorial reviews are published which deal with specific aspects of aerosol science or establish links between various relevant disciplines.
