Description
Since 1967, IAGLR has served as the focal point for compiling and disseminating multidisciplinary knowledge on North America's Laurentian Great Lakes and other large lakes of the world. In part, IAGLR communicates this knowledge through publication of the Journal of Great Lakes Research, available to members in print and electronic form.
A searchable archive of the Journal of Great Lakes Research is available online. This archive includes abstracts of articles from the journal's inception in 1975 through the most recent issue. In addition, complete articles are available to members who have signed up for an electronic subscription to the journal. These full-text articles are saved as PDF files, which require Adobe Acrobat Reader.
PDFs from the most recent issue are available publicly for 30 days after they are posted; after that time, they are available to subscribing members only. Interested people are encouraged to join IAGLR and sign up for an electronic subscription to gain complete access to the online journal archive.
Development of the online archive was supported by a grant from the Joyce Foundation.
