Major research interests are focused on the topics of
  • method development for fractionation/speciation analysis of nanoparticles/single cells and chemical elemental species in environmental samples by means of on-line coupling of separation systems (AF4, HPLC, CE) with ICP-(SF) MS as well as single-particle ICP-MS,
  • application of stable isotopes for species tracing and on-line isotope dilution for species quantification,
  • method development for the analysis of non-metals (e.g., fluorine) by means of high-resolution– continuum source graphite furnace molecular absorption spectrometry (HR-CS GF MAS).
