  • Instrumental analytical chemistry: methods and equipment development (CE-ICP-MS interface, miniaturised geochemical column set up, space- resolved lanthanide determination in geological samples)
  • Speciation analysis of metal ions (Eu, Gd, Tb, U) with NOM (humic acid, lactate)
  • Elemental trace analysis in different sample matrices (water, waste water, geological samples, cell suspensions, chemical catalyst solutions, etching solution for ceramics)
  • Bioanalytical chemistry: Fluorescence in-situ measurements (FISH) and Fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) of microorganisms
