EVISA’s Management Structure

The EVISA project is directed though a lean management structure consisting of an EXECUTIVE BOARD centred around a CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO).  The CEO is in close contact with most modern communication infrastructure (E-mail, Internet, Intranet, videoconference,..) to the other members of the Executive Board.  The lean management structure will help to effectively direct the activities of EVISA as a supplier of services towards the needs and requirements of its customers.
