"Sample Preparation Helping Life and Health"
The major emphasis of Extech® symposia series has been the fundamental understanding of extraction processes resulting in greater efficiency in method development, and a rationalization of method selection for specific applications. Extech® 2005 will focus on applications and new developments in modern sample preparation techniques especially for clinical, biological/biochemical, environmental and food analysis.

The Extech®2005 program will include invited lectures, refereed scientific presentations and poster presentations, as well as vendor displays. Full-length papers based on the presented scientific contributions may be submitted to a special symposium issue of the Journal of Chromatography A. Optional tour packages to popular destinations in Brazil will be offered at reduced prices for Extech® 2005 attendants as part of the social program.
