The Program will provide a forum at which recent progress in fundamentals, methodology, instrumentation and applications of plasma spectrochemistry can be discussed in both formal and informal settings to allow the opportunity for interchange of ideas between scientists investigating or needing these various aspects of plasma spectrochemistry. A particular feature will be a symposium highlighting the last decade of plasma spectrochemistry and a view toward the next.
