The Beijing Conference and Exhibition on Instrumental Analysis (BCEIA), sponsored by the China Association for Instrumental Analysis, and supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology, PRC has been a biennial professional international event in this field in China, enjoying the similar international status in China just as that of the Pittsburgh Conference and Exposition on Analytical Chemistry and Applied Spectroscopy (PITTCON) in the United States.

The 12th BCEIA(BCEIA2007) will be held on October 18-21,2007 at the Beijing Exhibition Center in Beijing, the capital of china, with a total floor area of about 15,000m, exhibiting newly developed analytical instruments, life science instruments, instruments for environmental protection, laboratory equipment, food analysis instrument and chemical reagents from all over the world. Meanwhile, instrument development forum, technical seminars and business talks will be held simultaneously.

The BCEIA 2005 Conference with its outstanding theme on life science and environmental analysis will feature a plenary session with specially invited lectures by internationally prominent scientists on applications of multiple instrumental analysis to current focal problems on life, environmental, material, agriculture and food sciences, in addition to separate sessions for oral and poster presentations in eight fields as following:
