The technical program includes plenaries, several prestigious awards presented by FACSS and its member organizations.  Workshops provide excellent education opportunities to learn from some of the best international instructors in their respective fields and are reasonably priced to allow both student and experienced attendees to register.  The instrument exhibit is one of the focal points of the SciX Conference. Ultimately, the realization of the research discussed during SciX symposia is exhibited at SciX in the form of modern innovative instrumentation, software, and supplies.  Poster presentations and other networking opportunities are integrated into the exhibition space to allow effective scientific exchange between new & old attendees, industrial & academic attendees, and vendors & potential customers.  SciX also operates an employment bureau for academic, industrial, and student positions.  FACSS uses its professional and social media sites to highlight open positions and hosts a venue at SciX where potential employers and employees can meet.

The 2013 program brings together students, teachers, world-class scientists, and the latest cutting-edge research results. We welcome contributions in all areas of chemistry, including:

  • Atomic Spectroscopy
  • Surface Science
  • BioAnalytical Analysis
  • Chemometrics
  • Nanotechnology
  • Process Analytical Chemistry
  • Vibrational Spectroscopy
