Toxicity of organoarsenicals revisited

While public health officials have traditionally regarded inorganic arsenic as the most dangerous form and methylated arsenicals as least harmful, scientists have turned that idea on its head during the past three years, thanks to the effective separation of the many arsenic species found in living tissues.
