Expert XRF analysis
Offering the highest levels of precision and versatility, Axios-Poly performs accurate and rapid elemental analysis down to sub-ppm levels. Typical application areas include the analysis of regulated heavy metals and additives such as:

From R&D to recycling

Setting new standards
PANalytical has worked with DSM-Resolve to develop two new sets of certified reference materials that facilitate analysis in the plastics and polymers sector.
The ADPOL standards are part of the Axios-Poly package and designed for the calibration of important additive elements like F, Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Ca, Ti and Zn in plastics and polymers.
The optional TOXEL standards are designed for toxic heavy metal analyses. They are ideal for applications monitoring the concentrations of elements, such as Cd, Pb, As and Br, that are strictly regulated by environmental directives like RoHS and WEEE.
