The HT250D is a compact headspace autosampler which mounts directly on most Gas Chromatography systems rather than taking up valuable bench space
next to the GC.
Within a few minutes, the autosampler can be transformed into a precision autosampler for liquid samples - and back again when required. This means that there is no longer any need for two different autosamplers. The HT250D simply maximizes the efficiency of a single GC system. All this is available for little more than the cost of the Headspace autosampler alone!
Brackets are available for mounting on all the current popular GC brands including all Agilent, Shimadzu and Varian GC\'s as well as older models such as the
HP5890. In fact there are very few GC\'s that the HT250D cannot be mounted on!

The HT250D untilizes a heated syringe to transfer the samples from the 6 position oven directly into the injector. This eliminates tubing, dead volume and sample absorption.
Vial transport is positive and incredibly reliable - the system constantly checks that vials are present and are located in the correct place. No magnetic or special caps are required.
Progressive sample preparation means that samples are automatically loaded into the oven at the correct time to ensure an injection is ready as soon as the previous run is complete - this maximizes GC efficiency.
The temperature of the 2.5ml or 5ml injection syringes is programmable along with the Nitrogen flush post injection to eliminate sample carry-over.
The HT250D is transformed into a 110 position autosampler for liquid samples. The liquid GC kit includes a self identifying vial tray along with wash and waste vials and syringe.
Every aspect of the autosampler may be controlled to optimize performance for your specific samples.
The autosampler utilizes a simple robotic head design which means that the injector port is always free - a big advantage if a manual injection is ever needed.
