Entirely built in steel plate ; oven coated with epoxy paint, fitted with aluminium interior for better heat diffusion; two shelves are provided too. Front control panel with biometallic thermoregulator and fluid – expansion probe, 120 minute – timer, mercury thermometer and double – pole switch with built in green light; an orange warning light indicates that the heating system is working
