PLASM is an automated station, realized to prepare and stock micro plates, used in pharmaceutical screening process. The station is made by: - A five axes anthropomorphic arm (mod. RV2AJ - Mitsubishi Electric).
- One or more refrigerated automatic storage system: MolBank(TM) (Juan Robotics).
- One robot-rail for major arm mobility.
- One plate sealer.
- One plate piercing device.
- One plate heater, to speed up the DMSO melting process.
- Turning plates and disposable tips stackers.
- 8 needles liquid handler.
- 96 needles liquid handler.
- Loading gate and programming console.
- User-friendly software interface to manage all the integrated devices, connected with the local database.
