Capillary Electrophoresis - efficient, convenient, and versatile A3200 - Capline System 2010
The Capline System 2010 is KNAUER's fully automated high performance capillary electrophoresis system, designed for a wide range of different HPCE separation techniques. The system comes bundled with KNAUER's ChromGate® software package, which is based on latest EZChrom Elite data system. It controls the instrument functions, calculates all relevant CE specific data, such as corrected peak area and mobilities, and also supports micro preparative applications.
The system contains a built-in highly sensitive UV detector to guarantee optimal performance. The wavelength is selectable at any time, even during an analysis. In addition, "stop-flow" spectra recording is supported for simplified method development.
The liquid cooling of the capillary allows heat to dissipate more effectively and reproducibly than aircooled systems. Thanks to an exceedingly stable voltage feed and a highly precise, pulsation-free pressure feed for hydrodynamic injections, the Capline System 2010 offers unsurpassed reproducibility.
The 10-position inlet and outlet carousels allow for flexible handling of samples, reagents and buffers. For micropreparative applications the outlet carousel can be used for fraction collection with approved fractioning algorithms.
