Mass spectrometer: ICP-MS
This high-resolution ICP mass spectrometer is provided with a resolution of better than 12,000 (10 % valley) which is necessary for inorganic analysis. It allows analysis of light elements overlapping the Ar ion, etc., which has been difficult by conventional ICP quadrupole mass spectrometers.
