The LIBRA® 120 combines the proven flexibility and ease of use of its predecessor with completely new control electronics, Windows® based user interface and an improved vacuum system. The highly flexible Koehler illumination system together with the factory aligned In-column OMEGA filter provide excellent image contrast from thick and even unstained thin samples. Unique operation modes ensure you to always obtain the maximum of information and the best image quality of your sample. Unrivalled detector flexibility enables the use of the latest CCD and image plate technology for comprehensive EFTEM analysis in life science, polymer and material science research. The LIBRA® 120 is operated through dedicated control panels. The new WinTEM™ GUI follows the successful philosophy of the SEM instruments for maximum convenience and consistent look-and-feel operation across the complete EM product range.
