Applications: Low moisture dairy products like dairy powders, concentrates and cheese.
The Routine Dairy Analyser™ and the Direct Contact Food Analyser have demonstrated great ability for monitoring and controlling dairy powder plus condensed milk production.
A more widely applicable version of the instrument exists – the Versatile Dairy Analyser™. This instrument provides analysis of a large variety of low moisture products such as powder, cheese, butter, quark, etc.
The FOSS Near Infrared scanning technology has proven robust towards temperature and particle size variations and measures many different parameters of dairy powders, e.g. fat, moisture, protein, lactose, pH and ash.
