The Routine Sugar Analyzer provides fast, convenient NIR analysis of liquids, juices, sweeteners, concentrates and syrups. The system is designed for cane payment and at- line quality control, as well as for routine analysis in the factory laboratory. Many constituents of interest can be measured rapidly and with high accuracy. These include Brix, Pol, Purity, Sol ids, Reducing Sugars and CCS.
The systems are supplied with ISIscan™ software, designed for routine analysis.
