The Unity Scientific InfraStar™ 1100 is the next generation scanning NIR analyzer designed to meet a wide variety of at-line analysis needs. The InfraStar 1100 utilizes the entire shortwave-NIR scanning range (730nm – 1100nm) to provide accurate readings of fat, moisture, protein and many other constituents.
Developed for convenience and ease-of-use, the InfraStar 1100 is extremely flexible and can be configured for the analysis of a variety of meat, dairy, and processed food applications including ground beef, sausages, cheese, butter, peanut butter and dressings. Sample preparation is minimal and results are obtained in real-time.
The cost effective InfraStar 1100 features a new modern design. Combining more sample averaging, an extended spectral coverage and the latest math treatments for calibration and analysis, the InfraStar 1100’s accuracy is often equivalent to wet-chemical methods that it replaces. Its precision is almost always better.
