The new D8 ENDEAVOR provides accuracy, precision and measurement speed common for all members of the D8 Family of Bruker AXS Diffraction Solutions. The D8 ENDEAVOR is equipped with the latest 1-dimensional X-ray detector technology – LYNXEYE XE – to enable shortest possible measurement time per sample while maintaining best sensitivity for smallest phase-content in the sample. The unique TOPAS software converts the D8 ENDEAVOR into a real trailblazer. Quantitative X-ray diffraction analysis and micro-structure analysis can be executed without the need for standard samples due to the fundamental parameter approach implemented into TOPAS. In addition, complete automation with no need for user intervention is possible with TOPAS BBQ or DIFFRAC.DQUANT the later using traditional quantification methods using calibration.
The D8 ENDEAVOR is easy to operate. Besides operating the instrument PC-based with the DIFFRAC.SUITE one option is to interface the instrument to an automation and the sample loading is performed via a conveyor belt or robot. The second is operating the instrument with an optional touchscreen facilitating sample analysis w/o using the full software suite.
The D8 ENDEAVOR is equipped with the largest sample handling robot available. While a measurement is performed single samples or trays with multiple samples can be loaded or unloaded. Besides industry standard sample holder rings for thin, small in size or amount, irregularly shaped, environmentally-sensitive, oriented powder, or typical powders are supported.
