The Microbundle Multiplexer provides quick and accurate in-situ process analysis in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The measurements are non-destructive and require no additional sample handling or sample extraction devices.
The FOSS Microbundle Multiplexer provides quick and accurate in-situ process analysis in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The 80 (40 illumination/40 collection) fiber count allows for cost-effective analysis of a wide variety of sample types ranging from liquids to solids. Two analyzer configurations provide for measurement of up to either four or nine sampling points. This economical means of performing remote measurements enables the analyzer to be installed in an unrestricted area, which reduces the installation and operation costs. The Mulitiplexer from FOSS is based upon our patented‚ field proven Process Analytics™ near-infrared scanning technology, which provides high quality measurement stability and superior analytical performance. The Multiplexer Analyzer is configured to provide economical, accurate and reliable measurements of moisture and solvents in pharmaceutical and chemical powders.
Benefits and Features
- Cost-effective NIR spectroscopic analysis of virtually all process samples (liquids, solids, slurries, etc.)
- Remote sensing reduces need for hazardous-environment enclosures or analyzer sheds
