Mass spectrometer: IRMS |
The MAT 253 stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer system delivers the highest sensitivity and the highest precision for the determination of isotope ratios. The MAT 253 provides a flexible and open platform for the connection of inlet systems and preparation devices. The ISODAT NT isotope data systems ensures easy set up, tuning and fully automatic operation. Product Detail | | | | The MAT 253 stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer system delivers the highest precision for the determination of H/D, 13C/12C, 15N/14N, 18O/16O, 34S/32S (from SO2 and SF6), 28Si/29Si as well as Ar, Kr and Xe isotope ratios. It is unique in its capability to achieve precision measurements from the smallest amounts of sample. The MAT 253 provides a flexible and open platform for the connection of inlet systems and preparation devices. ThermoFisher Scientific supplied inlet systems are automatically recognized by a "plug and measure" concept. In addition, the system is open for easy connection and control of custom inlet/preparation systems. Full integration of ISODAT 2.0, the dedicated gas isotope data system, enables the MAT 253 to be easily set up, tuned and run fully automatically. The powerful ISODAT Script Language ISL provides access to all processes and allows modification of supplied scripts as well as development of entirely new measurement and evaluation protocols.
