Derived from the high performance Excalibur™ platform, the Scimitar series family of spectrometers provides an affordable entry into high performance FT-IR. Ranging from the Varian 800 FT-IR, which is designed for the education and routine QC market, to the Varian 2000 FT-IR, this family of instruments has been designed to provide mid-IR analysis with excellent performance solving your most difficult challenges.
The Scimitar series spectrometers can be controlled by Resolutions™/ Resolutions Pro™ software. Whether you are a technician, scientist or spectroscopist, Varian’s Resolutions software suite will be the perfect fit for you. The Scimitar series can also be fitted with a wide range of accessories to provide extra capabilities.
