Spectrometer ( Molec. ): NIR |
SentroProc NIR QC was developed for routine analysis in the industrial quality laboratory. Due to its considerable lower price in relation to the already well known NIR-Systems, established NIR-analysis can be made less cost intensive and new kinds of applications can be started. The robust system uses a NIR diode array spectrometer with 256 or 512 elements. The system can be expanded to the visible region. Probe heads in different versions for measurement in transmission and / or reflection complete the system. Two different measurement heads can be installed in simultaneously, swithcing the measurement between them is simple. An additional PC is not necessary. All essential software packages are installed on the integrated embedded PC running with Win2000 ready for operation. USB- and Ethernet-Interfaces make it possible to connect external devices and transmitting data in a network. By using chemometric models, calibrations for chemical and physical parameters can be applied. SentroProc NIR QC is been used for qualitative measurements and identification of materials.
Applications of the SentroProc NIR QC Measurement of the OH- and Acid-number Identification of materials Quality control Constituents of minerals and soil Identification of paper and pulp Detection and measuring of thin films
Quantitative analysis Calibrations for chemical and physical parameters by using chemometric models can be created. There must be calibration samples measured with a reference method. The numbers of samples can be twenty to some hundreds depending on the robustness and the number of parameters you want to determine. Features
- Determination of up to 10 parameters at once
- Comfortable generating of models using GRAMS-Software (Thermo Galactic), have to be ordered separately
- Easy choice of the products that wanted to measured out of a data source of products
Qualitative measurements, Identification SentroProc NIR QC can also be used for qualitative measurements and material identification. For this the user can build up a data base of spectra that will be used later to identify materials automatically. Documentation and archiving can be done in the data base too.
Méthodes de mesures Inhomogeneous sample can be measured with an easy to use measuring head. The distance between head and sample is ca. 50 mm. The sample can be rotating in a petri dish under the head and can be measured non tactile. Fluids can be measured in transmission using cuvette holder for cuvettes 1mm to 10 mm optical path. The cuvettes can be temperature controlled optionally. Beside fluids glasses, filters and foils can also be measured in transmission.
