Description
|
For the preparation of BCR-060 about one ton of a submerged aquatic species, Lagorosiphon major, which occurs in Large banks in Lago Maggiore, Italy, was used. After collection, the material was washed and air dried, followed by dying at 110°C and treatment at 130°C for several hours. The resulting material was ground by ball-milling and passed through a 125 µm sieve. The fraction with particle size < 125 µm was collected in a plastic homogenising drum of 180 L and homogenised. Aloquots of about 25 g were transferred into well-cleaned glass bottles of 100 ml and sealed under a plastic insert and a screw cap. keywords: environmental material , biological material , plant material, trace elements , heavy metals
