Description
|
Selenized wheat was obtained from a UK university. The grain was cleaned withz water, milled at5 a temperature between 18°C and 20°C, and 60% relative himidity, and sieved twice to a final particle size of 140 µm. The bulk material was thoroughly homogenized, freeze dried to a moisture content of approximately 5% (m/m), and sub-sampled into 30 mL amber glass bottles fiotted with tamper-eviodent screw caps. Approximately 400 units of 15 g were produced.
