The first day will start with two survey lectures given by experts in the field:

- Dr. Sophie Marie Briffa from University of Birmingham, UK and

- Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Tremel from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany.

Scientific presentations will complete the morning session and attendees giving an oral presentation will receive a financial travel subsidy. Especially young scientists are highly encouraged to present their research results (oral and poster presentations are welcome).

The second day of the workshop will be organized in the format of a tutorial and presentations on specific analytical applications.
