risk resulting from a specific use or occurence of an agent, taking into account possible harmful effects on individuals exposed to the agent in the amount and manner proposed and all the possible routes of
exposure.
Note: Quantification ideally requires the establishement of dose-effect and dose-response relationships in likely target individuals and populations.
