EVISA's webportal is continuously updated with current information. Please recognize that even back-lying pages, such as "old" News in the archive are updated with respect to links and current information. Here we inform about recent changes made to our web site.

We now have added a new cross-referencing feature to the Directory of Scientists. At the end of each record there are links to News and Events, where the scientists is cited. This is part of or general policy, to interlink the different parts of the EVISA website in a way to facilitate the access to information.

We have added historial ICP-MS instruments to EVISA's
 Instrument database, that now has 2410 records. It is our policy not only to include the currently available instruments into the database but also no longer available instruments. These records are not only ment as "historical records" but do also provide access to data of instruments either still in use or reported in the literature.
In order to differentiate the status of instruments in hitlists, each name will be labeled with a color box according to the following rule:
 commercially available
 no longer commercially available (out of sale)
 historical instrument no longer serviced (out of service).
