For unique sensitivity in the trace range The L-2485U Fluorescence Detector has a uniquely high signal-to-noise ratio even at the fastest detector response times. Additional functions such as variable slit width and adjustable photomultiplier voltage enable further optimisations of detector sensitivity. The L-2485U Fluorescence Detector is equipped with a mercury source for automatic wavelength monitoring and calibration of both excitation and emission wavelengths.
