Streamlined ICP-MS for routine analysis The Agilent 7700e ICP-MS is a new addition to the 7700 Series. With a simplified user interface and standardized hardware configuration, it provides a cost-effective solution for many every-day, routine applications where a high degree of automation is required. Designed for ease-of-use, the 7700e includes the ORS3 with helium (He) cell gas line, and new "core" MassHunter software functionality. Even novice operators will quickly be producing reliable and consistent results using features such as Expert Pre-Set Methods, including application-specific methods, and powerful context sensitive help. An upgrade path ensures that the 7700e can address more advanced applications, should lab requirements change in the future. Features:
- Effective interference removal: a 3rd generation Octopole Reaction System (ORS3) cell removes spectral interferences more effectively than ever before using He mode
- Reliable results: He mode is well established as the most reliable cell method for complex and variable samples, filtering out all polyatomic interferences, even in unknown sample matrices
- Excellent detection limits: an innovative new ion lens delivers higher sensitivity across the mass range and at the same time reduces random background
- New user-friendly features that reduce training costs and improve productivity: simpler, more reproducible optimization with One-click Plasma Setting and Expert Auto Tuning
- Enhanced data analysis and reporting with the new "core" MassHunter software platform
- Agilent pre-set methods: general purpose, application specific methods with optimized plasma conditions e.g. US EPA 200.8, drinking water, US EPA 6020, waste, soil digests, foods, biological samples, and samples up to 0.2% TDS (Total Dissolved Solids)
- Fully upgradable to 7700x and 7700s configurations
