The versatility of the Finnigan Surveyor Plus HPLC system’s modular design features custom quaternary pumping solutions designed for a wide variety of applications, from routine compound analysis to more complex matrices. This high-throughput system can be operated as a stand-alone HPLC or seamlessly coupled with the highly successful Finnigan mass spectrometers, providing a complete LC/MS solution.
The integrated column oven provides exceptional chromatographic stability, while the patented LightPipe™ PDA technology provides up to five times the sensitivity of a conventional photo diode array detector. Method development using the Finnigan Surveyor Plus HPLC system can be easily optimized because of its multiple injection modes, which include full loop, partial loop, and no waste. The ChromQuest Chromatography Data System (CDS) provides integrated tools for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements and complete system validation.
