This series of advanced Dual Split-Beam scanning UV/Visible spectrophotometers comprises 4 instruments divided into two categories : The Self-standing spectrophotometers with their integral wide digital screen and keyboard represented by the Phoenix-2000 and the Phoenix-2000V. The other category is the computer controlled spectrophotometers which have their dedicated software for control and manipulation via a Personal Computer represented by the Phoenix-2000PC and Phoenix-2000PCV. Both categories may come in either of their two versions : The fixed bandwidth of 2nm (meeting Pharmacopeia's recommendations) or the variable bandwidth of 0.5, 1, 2 and 5nm. All instruments come with a fitted-in automatic 8-cell changer and the UV-WIN software.
