Shimadzu's versatile GC-14 gas chromatograph can handle a variety of applications, and offers exceptional performance, value, and ease of use. Though compact (only 16 in. or 40 cm wide), it can support many different configurations, thanks to its unique modular design. Up to four injection ports can be installed, including split/splitless, single and dual WBC/packed, and cool on-column.
Modular Flow Control System The modular flow control system with individual pressure controllers, mass flow controllers, and gauges enables the GC-14 to accommodate up to four detectors.
Exceptional Temperature Control The GC-14's column oven is large for easy maintenance, and designed for excellent reproducibility of results. Its vertical design minimizes the influence of radiated heat from the injector and detector zones. Up to five temperature ramp programs and rapid cool-down (cryogenic cool down to -800C available), along with exceptionally stable temperature control, can minimize your analytical run times.
Easy Operation The detachable keyboard with LED display is easy to learn and use; the GC-14 also has an optional RS-232C interface for external computer control.
