The SpectraAlyzer is a fast and compact Near Infrared analyzer for production monitoring and quality control of raw materials and finished products. Only some examples of the multitude of applications illustrate the versatility of the SpectraAlyzer. It enables the simultaneous determination of properties such as moisture, protein, sugar, alcohol, iodine number and oil content in food, the production monitoring of fat, moisture, crude fibre, starch, and protein content in the feed industry (green feed, feed raw materials, mixed feed) and the hydroxyl and acid number determination in the polymer industry and much much more..... Operation and easy Navigation! cob The SpectraAlyzer is controlled via a sophisticated central operation - turn and push - button (COB) and four touch-sensitive functions keys just below the display. The analyzing procedure is straightforward! Just put the sample in the sampling cup then close the sample drawer or push the COB to start the analysis. After a few seconds the measurement results are shown on the build-in display and can be documented in a printed report. In conformance with GLP requirements the last 100 measurements are stored in the Flash Memory of the instrument and can be easily retrieved. Within seconds a multicomponent analysis of up to 15 properties of a product can be performed simultaneously. SpectraAlyzer Inside! SpectraAlyzer_Prinzip Both quantitative and qualitative NIR analysis is based on the interaction of Near InfraRed light with the molecules of a sample. The sample is irradiated with Near InfraRed light of specific wavelength, selected from up to 19 high-precision interference filters. The light directed onto the sample is partly absorbed by the sample and partly reflected. The wall of the gold-coated integrating sphere contains a lead sulphide detector which measures the reflected portion of the incident light. The resulting spectral information is characterisic for the products and allows a determination of product-relevant properties. The gold coated surface for the automated reference sampling also serves as an internal reference, guaranteeing long term drift stability. Unique Technology and Advantages! ACCURATE! Integraded analog and digital signal processing assure extremely fast data aqcuisition and high precision analysis and calculations.
FAST! Measurement time down to a few seconds. High computing power and enhanced database functions enable easy calibration and fast analysis. A new Ethernet interface opens up direct network communications.
SENSITIVE! Precision optics with outstanding low noise and automatic reference sampling for each wavelength.
VERSATILE! Only one analytical instrument provides the simultaneous determination of a multitude of properties.
MODULAR! A variety of interchangable sampling devices opens up utmost flexibility in sample handling.
EASY TO USE! One key operation with the central operation turn-push button (COB) Display dialog for easy operation.
EASY TO START-UP with one of our Standard Calibrations available for many products and properties world wide.
STAND ALONE OPERATION The SpectraAlyzer requires no computer for operation.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY! - No chemicals are needed for sample preparation.
