Development and application specific, sensitive instrumentation for FIA/HPLC on-line detection of thiols, thiolic proteins and metal-binding proteins and their complexes with metals (organic and inorganic mercury, cadmium).
Study of nitrosothiols and nitrosoproteins in blood/plasma from cardiopathic patients.
Development of methods in liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the analysis of protein mixtures and food proteins (casein, gluten, soy proteins, maize proteins).
Development and application of a Dynamic Surface Tension Detector (DSTD) for the study of proteins at water/air interfaces and as detection system of surfactants for FIA and HPLC instrumentation.
