Description
Atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer with high-resolution (21-bit) analog to digital signal processing electronics. Enhanced optics (US patent 57318473) for reduced light scattering, along with single wavelength filtering, provide extremely high sensitivity measurement capabilities.
Electronic subtraction of dark current background further enhances signal-to-noise characteristics
Control
Front-panel pushbutton controls include: Detector sensitivity for photomultiplier bias voltage, autozero baseline correction, and peak measurement reset. Microsoft Windowsâ based system software (included) for integration.
LCD Display
Real-time display of fluorescence signal level, peak measurement signal, background correction offset level, and PMT bias voltage.
