All seafood contains methylmercury in differing amounts and the FDA is responsible for ensuring commercially sold seafood is safe to eat. But is it? This video describes the history of how the FDA determined what is safe for us to consume, contrary to the view of another governmental agency.
My hope in presenting this information is that the consumer will gain a greater awareness of current questionable regulations, encouraging the demand safer standards.
