Note to our registered users

EVISA is proud of having a faithfully user community that has produced more than 1.7 Mio visits last year and is a strong motivation to continue our work dedicated to inform about all important aspects of trace element and speciation analysis. Despite this fact, our reputation as a reliable information source is sometimes questioned by ranking systems, claiming to having identified the EVISA servers as a SPAM source.

Background:
EVISA is sending its monthly newsletter by email exclusively to registered users that have selected for free subscription.  Users that have optioned-in to receive the newsletter can change their selection any time by changing their setting within their user account or by sending us a note of their wish. Therefore, EVISA by no means is a source of SPAM ! Yet, some users instead of changing their settings or informing us, refuse the acceptance of the subscribed newsletter by declaring it as SPAM. Such unfair behavior is affecting EVISA's reputation and is calling for our counter-measure.

Policy change:
Those users that have optioned-in to receive the EVISA newsletter but have given an email account that cannot be reached by our server will be deleted from our user list after three delivery attempts.
