The Agilent 7500c ICP-MS is optimized for the interference-free measurement of trace metals in difficult sample matrix. The 7500c features the Agilent exclusive Octopole Reaction System (ORS) to chemically eliminate most common polyatomic interferences. The ORS technology expands the applicability of ICP-MS to sample analysis previousl not possible using standard quadrupole technology. Typical applications include trace metals determination in seawater an d clinical samples. The Agilent 7500c ICP-MS features: - Agilent's ORS for interference reduction
- The ShieldTorch System
- Six computer-controlled mass-flow controllers (four for plasma gases and two for reaction gases)
- Innovative off-axis ion lens system for superior matrix tolerance
- Intelligent Sequencing QA/QC package
- Open architecture sample introduction area for ease of use
- Peltier-cooled sample introduction system
- Precision, computer controlled torch alignment for consistent performance
- Robust 27 MHz solid state RF generator
- True hyperbolic cross-section quadrupole rods
- Digitally synthesized 3MHz RF generator
- Simultaneous dual-mode detector with an exclusive high-speed amplifier providing nine orders of linear dynamic range
