DISCOVER QUALITY The Astoria®2 Analyzer brings state-of-the-art, micro segmented flow analysis to the environmental chemistry laboratory. The system offers sub-part per billion detection and high analytical precision. Throughputs of up to 120 samples per hour are achievable with low dispersion and carryover characteristics. Highly reliable components are integrated into the design assuring maximum system performance. A variety of analytical chemistry cartridges utilizing micro flow technology are available. The system has been specifically designed to comply with current EPA specifications and NPDES monitoring. Astoria-Pacific also offers a broad selection of methods for numerous scientific and industrial applications.
SAMPLER MODULE choices include either the Model 311 XYZ random access sampler or the optional Model 301D carousel sampler with dual matrix capability.
ANALYZER MODULE houses two digital detectors, a peristaltic pump, two heat bath controllers and space for two analytical cartridges.
FASPac™II is a Windows® based multi-tasking data acquisition software program that controls the walk-away operation of the Astoria2. To further customize your analytical experience, it features real time results, calibration monitoring, importing and exporting of files, LIMS interface and built-in Quality Control.
H2O CHECK™ reagent kits with standards have been especially formulated for Astoria2 methodologies to provide a convenient, easy to use, cost effective and time saving alternative. They are manufactured to the highest level of cGMP quality standards.
COMPARE INNOVATIONS MICRO FLOW TECHNOLOGY - Astoria2 incorporates the advantages of flow injection analysis (FIA) and segmented flow analysis (SFA) while minimizing the disadvantages.
EXPANSION CAPABILITY - Astoria2 design allows tandem operation of two (2) analyzer modules in the 2+2 mode, thereby providing four (4) channels of simultaneous analyses from a single sample.
OPTIONAL DETECTORS - Astoria2 has an auxiliary port allowing the additional use of an external fluorometer, UV/Vis spectrophotometer or flame photometer either as an alternative detector or potentially as a third channel detector.
LOW LEVEL RAPID ANALYSIS - Astoria2 was designed to analyze microliters of sample for multiple analytes at sub-ppb levels and at a high rate of speed, with low dispersion, low carryover and high reproducibility.
METHOD COMPATIBILITY - Over the years more than a thousand segmented flow methods have been developed for flow analysis in a variety of laboratory fields including critical environmental applications. Astoria2 micro flow technology is compatible to the conversion of older flow methodologies. Additionally, numerous manual methods have been converted to automated micro flow analysis. wer
