EVISA's Internet Portal is servicing it's user community for more than 20 years. Last month we welcomed the 20 millionth visitor.
The European Virtual Institute for Speciation Analysis (EVISA) was established to promote the dissemination of knowledge related to speciation analysis. Started as an EU funded project, the project aim was to establish a sustainable structure, that could offers services to whomever needs information and technology transfer in the framework of speciation analysis.
EVISA serves as a platform that brings together scientists, researchers, and experts in the field of speciation analysis, providing a wealth of information, resources, and tools to advance research and applications related to this specialized area. It aims to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and dissemination of information in speciation analysis.
The institute's efforts aim to advance the understanding and application of speciation analysis in various scientific disciplines, including environmental science, biology, medicine, and toxicology. EVISA plays a vital role in promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices in this specialized area of analytical chemistry.
Last month (October 2023) we welcomed the 20 millionth visitor on our internet portal.
We do believe that our service for more than 20 years and a trusty user community clearly testify that our mission has been accomplished.
We also do believe, that the original mission statement for EVISA is still valid and responding to societal needs. We therefore will continue our work, as long as the impressive number of users vising the EVISA web portal is indicating the interest in our activities.
